Who is Saft and what does it do for HighSpin?
Saft is a leading designer and manufacturer of advanced batteries, with over 100 years of experience in the energy sector. In the HighSpin project, its role is crucial in taking battery technologies to a new level. In particular, Saft is involved in two key activities:
✅ Production scale-up: 200 cells have been built on the industrial pilot line, testing new materials and innovative processes, such as bi-layer coating.
✅ Design of a demonstration module for aeronautics: a key step in bringing this technology to industrial maturity.
